- Enhanced Leveling Technology: Our hydraulic levelers, including the optional Synergy® Leveler, are engineered to eliminate flat rolled strip defects such as coil set, crossbow, edge wave, center buckle, and twist. The Synergy® Leveler features dual work roll sizes within a single machine, individual drives, and a quick-change cartridge system, all controlled via an intuitive, menu-driven operator interface with recipe storage for optimal shape correction settings.
- Optimized Slitting Process: By locating the slitter to operate at a constant speed, we enhance knife longevity and cut edge quality. Quick-change slitter heads with offline setup stations further improve efficiency, while the design prevents camber induction as the mults fan out without tension in the pit.
