Samuel Nelson Technology, with experience designing and building more than 82 complete process sections for pickling lines worldwide, provides the process section of our systems. Their operational expertise, gained from running a push-pull pickling line at their Canadian facility, strengthens our designs and makes Butech Bliss a preferred supplier of steel pickling equipment.
For improved strip shape, we offer an optional high-powered Synergy® Leveler at the exit end. This leveler features multiple diameter work rolls to accommodate the wide range of gauges typical in push-pull pickling lines. Standard features include individual work roll drives, hydraulic roll bending, and automatic self-calibration. The leveler is also designed for easy removal during maintenance.
Samuel Nelson Technology’s eco-friendly “Turbo Tunnel” process offers significant reductions in energy, gas, and oil consumption. This system not only lowers environmental emissions but also enhances pickling speeds, contributing to a more sustainable and efficient operation.
