Willbanks Metals Selects Butech Bliss 1” thick x 120” wide Synergy Hydraulic Roller Leveler for Fort Worth Facility

Fort Worth, Texas – May 8, 2026 – Willbanks Metals, one of the largest service centers in the Southwest United States, has placed an order for a state-of-the-art Butech Bliss Synergy™ Hydraulic Roller Leveler for its Fort Worth, Texas facility.
Designed and manufactured by Butech Bliss, the new Synergy Leveler features two different work roll sizes within a single cassette, individually driven work rolls, hydraulically actuated independent entry and exit roll settings, and a closed-loop electrical control system that automatically positions work rolls while compensating for machine deflection. Engineered for precision, reliability, and operator efficiency, the system will be delivered with ICE Construction serving as project manager and prime contractor.
The leveler is equipped with operator-friendly controls including intuitive touchscreen operation, automatic initial setting calculations, a recipe system to recall previous settings for various materials, and convenient leveler calibration features. Integrated into an existing cut-to-length line, the Synergy Leveler will process carbon steel material up to 1.0 inch thick and a maximum strip width of 120 inches. Butech Bliss will also supply complete dedicated hydraulic and electrical systems for the leveler.
